At The Roastery of Cave Creek (ROC2) in Arizona, Dave Anderson and roaster Michael Smith roast primarily small batches using Probat and Diedrich roasters.

Offering a fine selection of organic and fair trade coffees custom roasted to customer’s satisfaction, The Roastery of Cave Creek caters to fine dining establishments, markets and coffee houses around the Southwest. Our producrts are distributed in the Valley by China Mist.

For wholesale customers new to the world of coffee, The Roastery of Cave Creek provides full service consulting services for the development of your coffee establishment, including design, equipment, and training.
